The answer……SPROUTS
Yes sprouts! Finally a super food that does not break your bank account but fights cancer, gives you all the vitamins and minerals your body needs, tastes great and makes you feel like a superhuman!
Did you know that sprouts have been around since the time of the explorers. The insane amount of vitamine C in sprouts is very important in warding off scurvy and the added nutritional bennifits of this baby plant kept sprout eating exporers in better health than thoes that did not eat sprouts. Im not suggesting that students should eat sprouts because they will get scurvy, but I am saying that students who want to remain healthy, have extra money for the weekend and start a new hobby should eat and grow sprouts.

This video makes me want to grow sprouts now. It’s nice to eat something that you know is organically grown, is nutritional, and easy on my wallet.

Several years ago, I attempted to grow sprouts without much success. Maybe I’ll give it another try.

Hey, anybody remember the old “Chia Pet”. It was a clay animal with sprout seeds on it and you just watered it. The sprouts grew like fur and you just gave it a periodic haircut when you wanted to eat.

Try making Vietmanese noodle soup (Pho). The possibilities are endless! Chicken, beef, pork, seafood. And of course lots of veggies and spicy Sriracha sauce! Throw in 2 big handfuls of sprouts and some basil….yum!

Will have to consider sprouts again.
We used to eat a lot of sprouts until we read OR heard about sprouts making people ill and we stopped eating them.
They were great in salads and sandwiches.
